日本アスリート倶楽部
スポ－ツは、世界の人々に大きな感動や楽しみ、活力をもたらすものであり、言語や生活習慣を超え、人類が共同して発展させてきた世界共通の文化の一つであるとともに、人格の形成、体力の向上、健康長寿の礎であり、明るく豊かで活力に満ちた社会形成に欠かせない存在です。
この度、一般社団法人公共ネットワーク機構は、我が国を代表するアスリートで日本アスリート倶楽部を組織し、「官・学・産」協力のもとに、スポーツ界の横断的情報交換や在日外国公館、行政、民間事業者、在日外国人等とスポーツを通じた国際交流や安全意識啓発を行い、これらの事業を通じて会員相互の福利・厚生の増進と親睦を図ることを目的とします。

Japan Athlete’s Club
Sport brings great excitement, enjoyment, and vitality to people all over the world, bridging language and lifestyle – a universal culture created collaboratively by mankind. It is indispensible for the creation of a bright, prosperous, and vibrant society, providing an environment that helps to mold character and promote physical strength, and forms the foundation of health and longevity.
The Koukyo Network Association has established the Japan Athlete’s Club in cooperation with government, academia, and industry for sportspeople who represent Japan at the national level. It seeks to share information across the sporting world and promote international exchange and enhance safety awareness through the medium of sports with foreign missions in Japan, governmental agencies, the private sector, and foreign residents of Japan, and through these initiatives, promote the welfare and wellbeing of members and encourage mutual friendship.

Purpose and Activities:
- Collaborate with youth and sports organizations, cultural groups, international exchange associations, local government and business, etc., to hold various sporting events.
- Contribute to enhancing transparency and fairness in the field of sports.
- Contribute to the sound development of youth through sport.
- Contribute to the promotion of health among working people and the elderly.
- Hold study meetings and lectures to promote the above items.
- Handle consignment of sports/international exchange/cultural events and dispatch of instructors or consultants.
- Publish/distribute various documents pertaining to the above.
- Improve the welfare and wellbeing of members and promote mutual friendship.
- Engage in other activities to achieve the goals of the Koukyo Network Association and the Japan Athlete’s Club.

- Rules and Regulations: The Japan Athlete’s Club shall be subject to the Koukyo Network Association Articles of Incorporation and Rules and Regulations.
- Sports events/safety training seminars that promote exchanges with personnel from foreign embassies in Japan/non-Japanese residents, etc.

Annual Membership Fees (currently under review)
- Regular Member (Individual): 1,000 yen/year
- Regular Member (Group): 30,000 yen/year
- Supporting Member (Individual): 50,000 yen/year
- Supporting member (Group) 1 membership: 500,000 yen/year
Participation fees (actual cost) will be collected per event.
E.g. Bus fee, interpreting fee, communication equipment rental fee, food and beverage expenses, document fee, postage fee, translation fee, etc.
Koukyo Network Association
Through the promotion of cooperation between individuals involved in industry, government, academia, and other specialist professions, the Koukyo Network Association (KNA) conducts research and other activities related to domestic and overseas issues of public concern, risk management, earthquake disaster reconstruction and so forth from the viewpoint of maintaining security and social stability.
The KNA consists of an independent network formed between national government and local authorities, and membership is comprised of specialist professionals and researchers, including current and former government officials, lawyers, patent attorneys, certified administrative procedures legal specialists, judicial scriveners, certified tax accountants, certified social insurance labor consultants, land and building inspectors, and real estate appraisers.
